Perspective is the bridle and rudder of painting.
Leonardo da Vinci · Trattato della PitturaPerspettiva —
da Vinci’s word for precise sight.
Leonardo da Vinci used the word perspettiva to describe not the artistic convention of perspective but the science of seeing precisely — the discipline of understanding exactly how things appear, what distorts the view, and what must be corrected for the eye to perceive accurately.
The name carries that meaning exactly. Perspettiva is not about seeing further. It is about seeing more precisely — identifying what is slightly out of focus in a professional life that is already working, and applying the specific correction required.
The musician who has practised a scale ten thousand times does not stop using technique. They internalise it so completely that it is no longer technique — it is expression. Practice and choice were absolutely at the core of that development. Perspettiva works in that territory.
The same framework.
A different depth.
The Sin to Synergy framework identifies seven dysfunctions and seven skills that counter them. La Soglia introduces that framework through active practice — the first sale as proof of concept. Perspettiva applies the same framework at greater depth, for practitioners who have already developed some of the skills and need to know precisely which ones still require conscious deployment.
The framework introduced. Seven dysfunctions named. Seven skills practised deliberately through structured activity. The first sale as proof of concept.
Some skills internalised. Others still consciously deployed. Specific dysfunctions still generating friction. Precisely diagnosed. Precisely addressed. Rotating pairs. Individual development frame.
The full framework applied at team and organisational level over 18–24 months. The Synergy Summit capstone. For organisations ready to develop the framework across their whole structure.
A question of level,
not of quality.
Coaching is a serious practice. A skilled coach creates the conditions for clarity, accountability, and behavioural development — working with what the person brings: their goals, their reflections, their stated challenges. Many people benefit significantly from that kind of sustained, structured attention.
The distinction is architectural. Coaching operates primarily at the level of behaviour and intention. Sin to Synergy operates beneath that, at the level of the dysfunction that produces the behaviour. A person can develop genuine skill in coached conversations while the underlying pattern that limits their professional relationships remains unaddressed. Not because the coaching failed — because that is not the level at which the dysfunction lives.
A structural engineer and an interior designer both improve a building. One works at the level of what you see; the other at the level of what holds it up. Both are necessary. They are not the same work.
For someone who has already worked with a coach, Perspettiva is not a replacement. It is a different kind of work, at a different level, addressing something coaching was never designed to reach.
Six to eight sessions.
Fortnightly. Rotating pairs.
Perspettiva runs as a small cohort of four to six participants. Sessions are fortnightly, approximately 90 minutes each, across a four-month arc. The work between sessions is not activity targets — it is reflection, observation, and specific skill practice in your own professional context.
Full Synergy Score assessment, then a 60-minute clinical conversation with the facilitator. Your vision stack mapped. Your most active dysfunctions identified precisely. Your personal development frame agreed.
Pairs matched by the facilitator at each session — not fixed, not random. Matched by who most needs to practise the target skill in which direction, giving or receiving, at that moment.
Not a Practitioner Breakdown — a forward-facing document. Where capacity has deepened. Where the dysfunction is still present. What the next horizon is.
Matched by the facilitator.
Not fixed. Not random.
The pairing mechanism is the most distinctive feature of Perspettiva — and the one that most clearly demonstrates the framework practising itself. Pairs are matched by the facilitator at each session based on three questions: who most needs to practise the target skill? In which direction — giving or receiving? And who in this cohort can provide what is needed?
Someone whose critical dysfunction is Passive Compliance needs to be on the receiving end of genuine Supportiveness from someone who has already developed that skill. Someone whose Ego Reaction is still active under pressure needs to be paired with someone who will not collude with the avoidance. The facilitator holds the diagnostic data for every participant. The pairing is clinical, not administrative.
The discovery call.
Thirty minutes. Fully redeemable.
Full programme. Diagnostic session, all cohort sessions, Development Record. Synergy Score at entry, mid-programme, and exit.
Cross-sector cohort assembled by the Institute. Rotating pairs mechanism. Full programme included.
Individual participant, organisationally funded. Cross-sector cohort. Programme completion documentation provided.
Perspettiva cohorts are small and facilitator-matched. The right entry point is a conversation — to understand where you are in your development, which dysfunctions are most active, and whether Perspettiva is the right next step.
The discovery call is £100, redeemable in full against the programme fee.
